Rental Terms

Paying acknowledges agreement to all rental terms and conditions, including that JRB is not responsible for any damages from container drop, rental time and container pickup.

Past-due balances accrue a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Prices include a 7-day rental, and pickup is scheduled for the end of the rental period. Additional days are $25 per day, subject to availability and advance approval.

Included weight: 10 yd 1 ton, 15 yd 2 tons, 20 yd 3 tons. Additional weight is $155 per ton, prorated.

No hazardous materials, paint or liquids.

Not accepted in regular dumpsters: concrete, brick and masonry. Separate containers are available for concrete. Call or text 413-387-8868.

Accepted with surcharge (surcharge items go beside the dumpster, not inside):

• A/Cs and dehumidifiers: $0 with a rental and $30 without.
• Other Freon units (fridges, freezers): $30 each.
• Car and light truck tires: $15 each.
• TVs and monitors: $25 each.
• Propane tanks: $25 each.
• Mattresses and box springs: $100 each.
• Truck and tractor tires: $100+ each, priced by quote.

General charges:

• Overfilled above the top rail: $25.
• Blocked or rescheduled pickup: $100.
• Additional weight: $155 per ton, prorated.
• Prohibited items: $100 per item.

Customer is responsible for clear access for drop and pickup.

Payment is due at booking.

Cancellations: All payments and deposits are non-refundable, because each booking reserves a block of appointment time and covers our expenses.
