How do you price a cleanout?
Send us photos, the address and access details (stairs, distance to the truck, tight spots). The more access and stairs info you give, the more accurate the quote. It's always a very educated estimate, and estimates are always free.
How much labor does a cleanout take?
For an example, see You Point, We Fill: a 20-yard dumpster for $999, and we load it for you with 2 workers for 2 hours, up to 3 tons.
How fast is my booking confirmed?
Within hours. If you book after hours, we confirm by 8 AM the next morning.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, a $150 minimum deposit. One mattress is included; each additional mattress or box spring is $100.

- Car and light truck tires: $15 each
- A/Cs and dehumidifiers: $0 with a rental and $30 without. Other Freon units (fridges, freezers): $30 each.
- Propane tanks: $25 each
- Truck and tractor tires: $100+ each, priced by quote.
